During his career, Mr. Jaeger has leased and sold over 3 million square feet of office/flex and warehouse space in Suburban Maryland. Prior to starting DANAC Realty Advisors, Mr. Jaeger worked at Donohoe Real Estate Services from 2003 to 2006 and CBRE, Inc. from 2006 to 2015. He focuses on office/flex and warehouse space in Suburban Maryland, representing Landlords and Tenants. A graduate of St. John’s College High School and Lynchburg College, Mr. Jaeger is a longtime Maryland native and now resides in Annapolis, Maryland. He is the Principal Broker of DANAC Realty Advisors in Maryland and the District of Columbia. With a diverse background in market research, commercial leasing and commercial sales, Mr. Jaeger brings an extensive list of accomplishments to DANAC Realty Advisors.
Mr. Bosley began his commercial real estate career in 1997 as a leasing agent for Donohoe Real Estate Services. During his 10 years at Donohoe, Mr. Bosley became an expert in Landlord and Tenant representation in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Prior to forming DANAC Realty Advisors, he worked at CBRE from 2006-2015. Throughout his 18-year career as a commercial real estate broker, he has completed over 4.5 million square feet of transactions in suburban Maryland. Mr. Bosley is the leading broker in representing commercial Tenants and Landlords in Suburban Maryland, with a focus on Prince George’s County. A graduate of Gonzaga College High School and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Mr. Bosley is a long-time Maryland native and a licensed broker in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Cole joined DANAC Realty Advisors in August of 2022 continuing a highly successful and award-winning 36-year career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at CBRE for 24-years specializing in the leasing, sales, disposition and redevelopment of real property in Suburban Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Cole has completed over 6.6 million square feet of real estate leasing and sales transaction and has advised real estate investment/development companies and corporate clients in negotiating complex and multifaceted transactions that address diverse, specialized needs.
Before graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, Mr. Cole attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where he was a member of the varsity football team.
He is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Maryland and a licensed salesperson in the District of Columbia.
